What payments do you take?

Currently we accept Paypal for all projects.  You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to use their payment system.  Please inquire, because we can set up a payment link for you that is secure and will allow you to use any major credit card or checking account to purchase services.

Do you offer installment plans?

Our policy is that work begins upon full payment, or at least 50% of the package price. If you have chosen to pay 50% of the fee to start your project, then the remaining balance is required before your files can be uploaded to your host server (this applies to programming or graphic files, depending on whether you are choosing a traditional HTML or CMS based website).  At that point you will be in possession of the configuration, graphic and program files for your new website which is why the remaining balance is requested.  Please inquire if you do need special arrangements made and we might be able to work with you.  We try to be flexible with our clients, and all it takes is to communicate your needs.

What if I am not quite ready at this time?

That is okay, we can reserve a space for you in our calendar for any point in the future – either because our current calendar is booked full or you need more time.  There is a 20% fee to reserve time on our calendar.  This will ensure that when you are ready to work, we will be ready to start with you as well without delay.  This deposit comes off of any package/quote that you have been offered, and is non-refundable.
